Overview
Change begins with understanding the system. I work with organizations, coalitions, and networks to identify structural barriers, map care pathways, and co-create actionable, equity-focused policy recommendations.

My approach combines applied systems analysis with relational ethics, care frameworks, and lived experience. Drawing on advanced training in Public Policy and Administration (University of Guelph) and Public Health Governance and Leadership (University of Toronto)—alongside a decade of work in health systems planning, equity consultation, and organizational strategy—I bring both technical expertise and critical insight to system-level change.

I’ve supported initiatives across public health, community care, research, and government sectors, including CIHR- and WAGE-funded projects, Ontario Health Teams, and national non-profits. My goal is to help organizations see the full picture—how people, processes, and policies interact—and to design structures that are inclusive, sustainable, and care-centered.
